Title VI regulations are a collection, of several federal regulations that guide federal programs. Title VI ensures that no one is discriminated against based on of race, color or national origin.

It has been The Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA’s) and the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA’s) longstanding policy to actively ensure nondiscrimination under Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act in Federally funded activities. This form may be used to file a complaint with the St. Joseph Area Transportation Study Organization (SJATSO) for alleged violations of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
